How online pickup works
Pickup only — we never ship.
One catalogue, both stores. Filter by department, size, brand and condition to see what is on our racks right now.
Pick the store that suits you. A basket can mix items from both stores — we move them to your pickup store.
We prepare your items and let you know when they are ready to collect. Transfers take longer, so hold off on the drive until you hear from us.
Items coming from the other store need extra preparation time. Please wait for your Ready for Pickup notification before travelling — we will not have it at the counter until then.
Online card payment is still being connected, so nothing is charged online yet. Ask us to hold what you found and pay at the counter when you collect it.
